Watercourse crossings require a certified Sizer and Installer in the province of Nova Scotia. The Sizer calculates the proper size culvert or bridge component as well as the completion of all the paperwork with the Nova Scotia department of environment.  The Installer completes the installation of the structure as laid out by the Sizer.
